Third Shokkin Kamp on the topic of Well-Being & Balance was facilitated from 16th to 17th of July 2026. Over two days in Kloogaranna Puhkeküla, participants explored 5 aspects of well-being such as – physical, mental, emotional, spiritual and social. They practiced self care activities through movement sessions, nature, and mindful exercises. These in result helped to reflect on how it influences everyday life.

1st Day

The first part of the day was dedicated to getting to know each other. We introduced ourselves, agreed on the group rules, and then moved on to an introduction to well-being using a world-cafe method. Later on we dived into Talk&Draw session where we tried different ways of communication. After that we got the chance to learn massage techniques and practised it on each other. Our day ended with a walk to the beach where we enjoyed swimming and playing volleyball together.

2nd Day

Our second day kicked off with a series of sessions that were facilitated simultaneously. This included workshops such as yoga, movement and a hike. Yoga helped us to bring our attention to breathing and to body strength. The movement session introduced ways of moving with our bodies, we practised blind dancing, moving different body parts and balance exercises in pairs. The hike was all about noticing the details in daily life and connecting with nature.

The camp finished with the closing circle where participants concluded the knowledge they have gained. Afterwards everyone received a Shokkin pass and a gift from the organizer team.
