How does technology shape our lives, our relationships and the choices we make? And what can we do to feel safer, better informed and more in control online?
During the SafeNet Youth exchange in Capbreton, France, from 7–10 April 2026, young people explored these questions and created a series of podcasts to share their perspectives. From artificial intelligence and cyberbullying to screen habits and digital citizenship, the episodes invite us to reflect on our everyday experiences with technology.
SafeNet Youth aims to strengthen digital skills and media literacy among young people aged 15–17, helping them recognise and respond to online risks. Through local and international activities, participants explore responsible media use, cybersecurity and data protection, learning to protect themselves and raise awareness among their peers. The project builds a European network of young people ready to share their knowledge, become agents of change and make their voices heard in discussions on digital policies.
Press play, hear what young people have to say and bring these conversations into your classroom, youth group or next chat with friends.
