Thanks to the beach volleyball ASD, in partnership with Raduni Sportivi Srl and Shokkin Group International, you have the opportunity to be a volunteer at Mizuno Beach Volley Marathon 2018, which is the most famous open tournament of beach volley worldwide. Every year Mizuno Beach Volley Marathon® reunites more than 20.000 beach volley lovers with no age limit and at any level of play. By volunteering, you will have the chance to help organize the event, and at the same time meet people, discover Venice and Italy and have a lot of fun!
Where: Bibione (Venice, Italy)
When: 10-17 September 2018
Places: 6 international volunteers for the following roles: Referee assistant, courts commissioner, scoreboard assistant
Deadline to apply: 30th June, 2018
Participant’s profile: EU citizen; 20-35 years; interest in sport; motivated; responsible; active; flexible; reliable and cheerful, open-minded and friendly.
Requirements: Volunteers must follow the mandatory training course; perform all tasks assigned with professionalism; purchase their own return flight ticket to Venice plus the ticket of local transportation to reach the venue; purchase their insurance in the country of origin before arriving in Bibione; wear the uniform* during working hours (shifts between 8 and 10 hours per day).
Benefits:
– Full board from the arrival day to the departure day in apartment shared with other volunteers. Sheets and towels included.
– Possibility to visit Venice and surroundings (at own expenses).
– Complimentary t-shirt at the end of the event.
– Certificate of participation.
Expenses: Accommodation and food will be provided, while expenses connected to travel, insurance etc. will be the responsibility of the volunteer.
