From 3rd to 10th June, I took part in the training course “Strategic PartnerSHIP” in Örebro (Sweden) as a Shokkin Group Estonia participant. This project’s main aim was to increase the level of involvement of small youth organizations in cross-sectorial strategic partnership projects. During this time we learned about different types of KA2 projects, their characteristics, requirements and logic. Our main objective for the week was to create our own KA2 project ideas in international working groups and to develop them better during the week.

We had the chance to give our feedback to other project ideas, and received many insights about the elements we should pay attention to while writing these projects. Personally, I learned a lot of new things about the KA2 field in Erasmus+ and about how these project should be written. When you have identify a strong need for the project you are writing, it has much bigger chance to get approved and to become a reality.

I think all activities we had helped us a lot to learn and develop ourselves during the project time. It was great that in our group all participants were motivated to learn and also shared their own experience regarding project management, international team work, organizational development, etc. I have to say thank you for a very well organized project to Awesome People, our dear hosting organization. #StayShokkin!
