Many projects we work with are funded in the frame of Erasmus+ programme, which means covering 100% accommodation and food and local transportation by European Commission. Your travel might be fully reimbursed if you find tickets that fit in the budget. You need to buy tickets and keep all the documents to present to the hosting coordinator, who will reimburse the costs during or a bit after the project, depending on the arrangements of the hosting organization.
