“Amplify! Stories, Visuals & Podcasts” will be a three-day training activity implemented in Paunküla Heaolukeskus (Estonia) during the period 30.11.2022 until 04.12.2022 aimed at youth workers/leaders and educators from Estonia, Austria, Spain and Slovakia.

The aim of the course is focused on passing the methodology and experiences of the long-term project to multipliers in the field of youth and education who are interested in the use of podcasts, storytelling and/or visuals in their practice involving young people.

The main goals of the training activity are:

  • To foster a common understanding of the use of media-enhanced information delivery.
  • To provide insights on how to create podcasts from idea development to technical execution and promotion.
  • To provide storytelling tools for youth workers/educators to foster the engagement of young people.
  • To reflect on the importance and practice visual facilitation techniques.
  • To enable participants to transfer the acquired knowledge and skills into the work of organizations/institutions that they work in.

Participant’s profile

The training course is designed for youth workers, youth leaders, educators, trainers and/or teachers. Participants should be involved in the youth work or the education field, must have interest to gain the skills/knowledge concrete to this training as well as the attitude to transfer and incorporate the learning it in their work.

Participants need to be official residents of one of the partner countries, be over 18 years of age and have at least an intermediate level of English. Participants are expected to participate fully in the program and commit to the dissemination activities.
