Last stop for Breakout Box! After almost two years of adventures, the time has come to gather for one last time to monitor the state of affairs of our project. This time we were hosted by Ticket2europe in Pontevedra (Galicia) from 23rd to 27th of September.

On the first day, the meeting started with a presentation of results and updates regarding the action plan of tasks, including the readiness of the physical games, the progress of translations and the progress of online/offline dissemination activities after the training course held in the Czech Republic. There was a lot to share, and still a lot to be done during the last three months of the project!

During these days we also had dedicated time to brainstorm and shape the objectives, structure and format for the Breakout Box Webinar, as well as agreements on roles, dates and action plan.

As other times, the group was divided into two and for some time part of the group continued to shape the detailed skeleton for the webinar, as well as already drafting contents for the slides, while the other part of the group started preparation on visual design for the promotional materials for the events to come (both the Multiplier event and the Webinar).

After some time dedicated to closing all pending administrative matters (timesheets revision, signature list, pending reimbursements) as well as to take a look at the reporting needs, dividing final content report parts, checking and gathering all the to date reporting, and appointing the workload, we also had some socializing!

Using the chance of having team members gathered and the physical materials with us, we held a short presentation meeting with stakeholders in the co-working space, presenting the examples of escape boxes and scheduling future events.

Then, the next day, the team went to Valle Inclán highschool and had a meeting with the directive board of the school together with the two teachers who had been involved in the training activity. The objective of the meeting was to present to the school other examples of breakout boxes that could be replicated with the support of Ticket2Europe staff, as well as to gather feedback after the application of breakout box sessions with the students of the school.

We are grateful for the opportunity to have experimented with the topic of educational escape boxes, and we can’t wait to continue using the resources we have developed and the contacts we have built both locally and internationally.
Thanks to the Erasmus+ Programme and the Estonian National Agency for making it possible!
