Shokkin Kamp is a short-term youth camp where young people come together in a non-formal learning environment to explore a specific topic through practical workshops, team-building activities and creative challenges.

It is a space to learn, experiment, create, connect and express yourself in a supportive and friendly atmosphere.

This Shokkin Kamp (the last one!) will be all about well-being and balance through Body, Nature, Creativity & Connection, and it will last 2 days and 1 night, from Thursday 16 to Friday 17 of July. Through workshops, creative activities and shared experiences, you will learn how to:

  • Understand your well-being and energy levels.
  • Recharge your body and mind through simple practices.
  • Express yourself through creativity and reflection.
  • Build meaningful connections with others.

Who can participate?

Young people from 14 to 19 years old who:

  • Want to better understand their well-being.
  • Are interested in self-care and personal growth.
  • Enjoy creative and interactive activities.
  • Want to connect with others in a supportive environment.

Participation is open to young people from all over Estonia, and you don’t need to be a member of the organization in order to join!
