After months of learning, collaboration, and entrepreneurial growth across different countries, the Young Business project successfully concluded with its final international phase in Lithuania. Bringing together aspiring young entrepreneurs from across the Baltics, the project provided participants with a unique journey from idea generation to the final presentation of their business concepts.

The Young Business journey began last February in Riga, Latvia, where participants transformed their initial ideas into structured business concepts and explored key entrepreneurial tools. The second phase, hosted in Estonia, focused on marketing, branding, storytelling, and content creation, helping participants build stronger identities around their projects and prepare them for future audiences.
The final phase in Lithuania was dedicated to one of the most important skills for any entrepreneur: presenting an idea effectively.
The first day focused entirely on presentation and pitching skills. Participants had the opportunity to learn from a guest expert specializing in public speaking and pitch presentations. Through practical exercises, feedback sessions, and interactive discussions, they explored how to communicate their ideas more clearly, engage audiences, and deliver convincing presentations. The training provided valuable insights that participants could immediately apply to their upcoming showcase.
The following morning was dedicated to final preparations. With the support of mentors, participants refined their business concepts, polished their presentations, and made final adjustments to their products and pitches. At the same time, the criteria for the final showcase competition were reviewed to ensure transparency and a shared understanding of the evaluation process.

In the afternoon, the much-anticipated Young Business Showcase took place. Seventeen participants stepped onto the stage to present the results of months of work, creativity, and dedication. Each entrepreneur showcased their idea, explained its value, and demonstrated the progress achieved throughout the project journey.
Following a competitive and inspiring showcase, one participant was selected as the winner and awarded a €1,000 prize in recognition of the quality, innovation, and potential of their business idea. While only one participant received the final award, the showcase highlighted the remarkable development of all participants and demonstrated the impact of the learning journey they had shared.

To celebrate the conclusion of the project, participants and mentors attended a local concert together, enjoying one final evening of connection, reflection, and celebration. It was a fitting ending to a project that not only supported entrepreneurial development but also fostered international friendships, confidence, and personal growth.
As the Young Business project comes to an end, participants leave with more than refined business ideas. They take with them new skills, valuable experiences, international networks, and the confidence to continue developing their entrepreneurial journeys long after the project’s conclusion.
