Description
“COACH‘EM: Discovering Youth Coaching” will be an international Erasmus+ training course organized by Shokkin Group Netherlands. The main activity of the project will take place in Vierhouten (The Netherlands) during the period 27th September-5th October 2019, including participants from The Netherlands, Estonia, Sweden, Spain, Latvia, Poland, Turkey, Romania, Ukraine and Armenia.
The aim of this project is to provide youth workers, (or those who want to work with youth in the near future), with coaching skills in order to enable them to coach youth in their process of becoming active citizens in society and on the labour market.
Participant’s profile:
The ideal participant for the training course is envisioned as a full member of the partner organization or it’s close local partner institution (youth centre, school, social centre) being a certified youth worker or a passionate youth leader who works on a frequent basis with young people. Additionally she/he should have at least intermediate level of English, be in the age above 18 and hold a residency in the country participating in the project.
