The project Youth Workers Developing Creative Entrepreneurs was my second Erasmus+ project and it was located near the seaside in a small town Landskrona in Sweden. It has been six unforgettable days, which made me believe in myself and also made me try to share my ideas. It also helped us embody our ideas into the real projects. We’ve had an opportunity to express ourselves, our creativity and leadership skills. Also it has been a good practice for public speaking in English. The trainers helped us cope with internal weaknesses though different interesting methods (for example, couching). Of course, we’ve learned a lot about entrepreneurs and how to apply this knowledge in the area. Thank you so much for organising the training course, for providing knowledge, tasty food and for the view from the window of the training room.

Landskrona, Sweden.
Tallinna-Copenhagen-landskrona, and we are at the spot: seaside campings with all the facilities and nice people greeting us. Youth workers from 8 different countries had gathered there for a week to work on one of the most interesting topics – entrepreneurship, and learn the ways to boost their creativity. During TC we learnt a lot about what is creativity, non-formal education and how to be entrepreneurial even if you think you can not. The most engaging was Shokkinopoly, where participants should have created their own company and business, taking into account just entire spot and community’s needs. It was amazing to observe how people coming up with really nice ideas and bring them into life. I would definitely use these methods I saw in my future work. After this experience you feel much more enthusiastic about your own plans and dreams. It gave me an understanding of my personal goals and working capacity, as well as inner borders.
Wanna thank organisers and trainers for delivering a dedication and positive in every day there, on cold Sweden seaside.

The beginning of October, as Autumn goes by I find myself travelling to a region unknown to my eyes, far from the place I call home. It was the start of a learning journey I now hold close to my heart.
Landskrona, a place in southern Sweden where nature invites to get in touch with the beauty of simplicity, allowing you to get the mindset to share experiences and learn throughout the non-formal education context.
I found a group of people willing to talk about themselves, open to dialogue, motivating you to be part of a shared adventure, focusing on helping others in the local community. I could talk about how great the lectures were, or how motivating the exchange was but can help to find myself thinking how much the non-formal ambience lead to a further extension of the project in our daily talks and routines. A lovely experience!
I got there as a stranger, I left being sure that learning throughout diversity is the best way to know yourself thus helping others.
