Description: 

Youth organisations and NGOs are implementing many projects with and for young people. An important part of youth work is also the dissemination process and the visibility of the organisation’s work in general to reach youngsters and relevant stakeholders and inform them about project outcomes, the organisation’s work and Erasmus+ opportunities.

In this Training Course we want to bring together youth workers and youngsters volunteering at youth organisations from Armenia, Estonia, Georgia, Germany, Italy and Ukraine to share best practices and learn from each other about social media strategies, PR measures and the best ways to disseminate project results.

Objectives:

  • Increasing the visibility of organisations active in the field of youth.
  • Sharing methods of how to spread project outcomes,
  • Sharing best practices on social media strategies and PR.
  • Developing logos and merchandise products.
  • Increasing the media and IT skills and the employability of the participants.
  • Networking of NGOs active in the field of youth on European level between EU member states and partner countries

Participant’s profile:

We are looking for youth workers, trainers and young people who are volunteering at a youth organisation. The project is about sharing best practices and develop new concepts, so the participants are asked to conduct small workshops and share their knowledge in e.g. creating logos, leaflets and posters; successful social media campaigns; producing videos; designing merchandising articles; usage of social media tools, etc. Additionally, participants will have:

  • Motivation to attend the training course and participate actively;
  • Readiness to attend a preparatory meeting before the project and a post-project meeting with Shokkin Group’s coordinator.
  • Ready to contribute to dissemination activities (local workshops, blog posts) promoting the results of the project with the support of their sending organization.
  • Good command of English.
