“In my opinion it was really good project and it gave me a lot of new experience. The project was really artistic, so I loved it a lot. I had a change to teach adults to do origami handle holders, etc. Earlier I had only taught kids. I got new knowledge about different cultures. I loved that we had free time as well. In the end of the project we were like a big family, so it was really nice, but sad as well, when we needed to leave. Thank you for giving me chance to go this kind of project. I would like to go again. :)”

“Youth exchange always plays essential part in making you aware about different cultures and people around you. This youth exchange in Turkey helped me a lot in improving my knowledge about different cultures and dealing with the cultural differences. The activities and workshops during the project helped us to integrate with each other and work together. Every day the participants from each country had to deliver the workshop and each group had to make something out of it. Even the energy at the end of the day won’t let us sleep earlier as there were cultural nights from each participant country which was full of fun and food. Free days and trips to other cities also helped us to learn about the Turkish culture. Overall, this youth exchange was a complete package with lots of leanings, making new friend, parties and memories. I would love to be a part of these sort of projects again in future.”

“I have fond memories of the project I met a lot of interesting people and I got to spend time in a beautiful place, on top of that I even had the chance to attend a Turkish wedding what more can one want. I think the structure of the project was good, I liked that first we got to know each other and had games to become more like a team. We got carried away with punishing people for being late, but it gave us a lot of funny videos and laughter. Every night we had fun reading the day’s gossips and learning about other cultures. During the days we also made a number of things with our own hands and I enjoyed being creative and figuring out things with people I had just met, but somehow knew so well. I really enjoyed going to the beach as well and how much free time we had after we finished making things. The trips were also interesting and I liked seeing more of Turkey and that we could wander around on our own and didn’t have to move in a big group.”
