Description
“Your Passion-Your Future” is an international youth exchange with the aim of making young people aware of the benefits of developing passions in the context of key competencies development and future success.
The purpose of the youth exchange is to share experiences and information about the challenges facing young people today and to consider how passions can develop the skills needed for the future, and how adults can support young people in doing so.
During the youth exchange:
- We will work on the development of leadership competencies, learn about the opportunities offered by the modern world and the demands it places on young people.
- We will work on developing key competencies such as: learning skills, social and civic competencies, initiative and entrepreneurship, cultural awareness and expression, as well as soft skills and self-presentation.
- We will think about the competencies of the future and plan one small activity for our local community.
Participant’s profile
This Youth Exchange is for young people aged 16-22 years old who want to share their talents and desires with the world and help youth workers/educators understand what the interests of youth are now and how these interests can turn into a future calling or profession.
Participants should be at least 16 years old, have a medium level of English, and be willing and committed to actively participate in ALL sessions of the programme. Besides, participants should commit to keep to the deadlines and carry out the preparatory tasks asked for by the organizers.
