Description
“Young Business” is a youth project designed to help young people gain practical skills, experience, and support to develop and monetize their creative ideas. Together with partner organizations from Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia, the project will create and test a 3-module entrepreneurial program from February to April 2026.
This adventure is for you if you want to:
- Learn real skills to turn your creative ideas into money.
- Try out a fun 3-module program on business and creativity.
- Get support and tips from youth workers and mentors.
- Work with other creative young people in a cool creative cluster.
- Make prototypes, test ideas, and build something real.
- Boost your confidence and get better at planning and creating.
- Meet new people from Lithuania and Latvia.
- Use tools and methods you can keep using even after the project.
Who can participate?
This project is for young people aged 14-29 who want to grow their ideas, learn new skills, and get support in turning creativity into something real. It’s open to anyone interested in arts, business, or trying something new, especially if you’re currently not studying, not working, or looking for new opportunities to gain confidence and experience.
- 14-29 years old
- Living in Estonia
- Interested in arts, creativity, youth initiatives, financial literacy, management, fundraising and business.
- Looking to turn your passion into a running professional activity.
- Motivation to improve financial planning, budgeting, marketing and managment skills.
- Willing to put your new skills into practice in your community, youth center, school, or organization after the project.
NB! The project includes several stages where you will gradually develop your business ideas, learn how to turn those ideas into income, and create a positive impact on yourself and your communities. To get the full experience and outcomes, you must take part in every phase of the project (February-April 2026).
