We live in a world of endless scrolling, constant notifications and digital overload. Youth exchange #NatureUpgrade is created to help young people reconnect with nature, themselves and each other, while exploring how technology can be used consciously instead of constantly.
For a week in Latvian countryside, participants from Latvia, Estonia, Bulgaria, Spain and Greece will explore nature, wellbeing and technology through outdoor adventures, non formal learning, creativity and teamwork.
Participant profile
- 4 young people living in Estonia.
- Aged between 18-30 years old.
- Able to communicate in English.
Important!
Be ready for nature: walking, hiking, maybe a bit of dirt, and possibly limited WiFi. Most important: motivation. We’re looking for curious, open-minded people ready to step out of their comfort zone, try new things and connect with others.

When we co-organize projects, we follow a complete preparation and follow-up cycle by holding meetings, offering support and keeping regular communication. There are different types of sending fees ranging from 40 euros to 0 euros according to your involvement in the organization. More information is sent in the official email to selected candidates.
