“My On(the)line” brings together young people from across Europe to explore digital identity, online self-expression, and healthy relationships with digital environments. This project will dive into both media literacy and mental health, encouraging participants to reflect on their digital habits without judgment. We won’t be demonizing social media – instead, we’ll look at how to use it intentionally and responsibly, in ways that support our well-being and empower civic engagement.
The project will involve 30 young people from Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Spain, Portugal and Italy.
By taking part in this youth exchange, you will:
- Reflect on and build awareness of your digital identity.
- Learn how to use digital tools for self-expression and civic engagement.
- Explore the mental health impacts of digital life.
- Share tools to create healthy habits and boundaries with technology.
