Curiously enough to submit how 40 strangers to each other people are able for a small period of time to become so friendly…
NGO Atlas CME were totally changed us not for a short period of time, but in a much more…We had became richer of having an amazing friends from different part of the World. It is just not to find the words to describe how everything was great.
Doesn`t matter that we were “in the middle of nowhere” (because the place where we have stayed – were in a such rural and beautiful area, that we could not expect that in this place should be only we).
The organizers did very productive work since the beginning. Talking about team building, this was real team-building activities. It’s possible to say, that we successfully passed the young fighter course. Just could you imagine, when without rhyme or reason, one serious men command you to run, crawl, climb over different barriers and do it all as fast as you can. First reaction – is it a joke? The second reaction – the shock! But it worked out really good and organizers had a good equipment. We understood that together as a team, we could do everything… we felt the support of each other. Secondly, we had a great group works, team-buildings and alive discussions. The atmosphere was so nice, comfortable, pleasant and friendly that all the working process passed very quickly. Altogether we have been created 14 ideas for the projects.
The rest of the days we had still sport exercises and of course we couldn’t forget about the main aim: to make some new useful contacts for the future cooperation. During the CME we did a lot of interesting things, including intercultural evenings, Latvian Sauna, national dances, excursion with an old train and spending time in the snowy forest, eating food made on the fire. The atmosphere was great, comfortable, pleasant and friendly and all working process passed very quickly. Altogether we have been created 14 ideas for the future projects. As a dissemination of this project we created a video and youth online platform for cooperation and exchange of information.
