Description

There is a need to support small NGO’s in developing a constructive mindset of making KA2 strategic partnership projects in the field of youth according to their capacity and needs. Specifically there are needs of knowledge and skills connected to KA2 projects (idea criteria, implementation rules, project types and elements). There are needs of network of trusted partners with whom organisations can work in a long- term project and ability to share work equally with local and international partners; and needs of confidence to take responsibility and carry out a long-term KA2 project. This training course will contribute to all these aspects for youth leaders to take action.

“Strategic partnerSHIP: How to make it float” will be an international Erasmus+ training course organized by Awesome People. The main activity of the project will take place in Örebro (Sweden) during the period 3rd-10th June 2019, including 29 participants from Estonia, Austria, Romania, Sweden, Spain, Netherlands, Malta, Portugal and Poland.

The training aims to increase the level of involvement of small youth organizations in cross-sectorial strategic partnership projects in the youth field through providing space for cooperation to stakeholders from various fields and increasing their ability for developing and implementing KA2 strategic partnership projects.

Participant’s profile:

The ideal participant profile for the training course is divided into 2 profiles – NGO representative AND local institution representative (school, youth center, youth department, city council, university, social service provider). Participants have to be official residents in the country partnering in the project, be above 18 years of age, have a good command of English language, be ready to participate in the full program and commit to the dissemination activities.
