Hi everyone!
My name is Aleksa and it’s time to share with you my gamarjoba experience, so…This July I was taking part in awesome semi-outdoor training course ”Experimental Zone” in Georgia. Topic of this project was group dynamics and group facilitation.

First of all, I want to say THANK YOU for the trainers and every core member, because this project was so emotional that I still have PPS (Post Project Syndrome). Project started as usual with team-building games, then in one of the evenings we started to plan our expedition, in the next morning we accepted this challenge and *drum roll sound*…started our hike.

Our cool group spent few days in Borjom-Kharagauli National Park mountains and this time was amazing and full of different emotions. During this hike we had had random situations like: water crisis, silent walk, lost people and of course camp fires.

After this outdoor experience we came back to civilization in Bakuriani, where we had a reflection and the theoretical part. I was surprised with how cool this system works, because theory was after outdoor practice. During this theoretical part we discussed and analyzed our experience in the mountains. Also the theoretical part was clear, because trainers provided us with understandable charts and diagrams. If one of you are interested in this topic you can also use this link: http://scaleofcooperation.com/ with all theory materials from the project.

To conclude my super exciting essay I wish to all of you to participate in the same outdoor training course, because that way you will get inspired by people, by nature, by new knowledges and by yourself.

KEEP IT EXPERIMENTAL
