From 1st to 8th of July the time finally came to implement the long awaited youth exchange “No Stress, Say Yes!”, an activity that our members Lusine, Lorena, Kristian and Marta had been preparing since December with the support of our PRO colleague Gosha. It was a long ride, but definitely worth the effort!

“Participating in this project felt like a breath of fresh air. Taking a week to learn and explore in a peaceful setting was everything I needed after a stressful school year filled with exams. During that week I tried things that I would’ve never tried in my everyday life. Those experiences are really valuable to me. I found out things about myself, such as what I need or enjoy. I’m really thankful for the chance to participate in this project because it truly impacted my life.”

“No Stress, Say Yes!” was my first youth exchange experience, and I am incredibly happy about it. IT WAS AMAZING. I am very grateful to the organising team for the venue and the programme, which was very interesting and informative. The project allowed me to enjoy myself to the fullest, improve my English skills, and meet many wonderful people from other countries.“

“To begin with, I had never been to a camp before, especially one as amazing as this one. This project literally changed my life: I learned so many new and interesting things. At first, the first few days were really hard for me because I’m a very anxious and shy person. I couldn’t talk to anyone because I was afraid of being judged. But since there were so many fun activities and opportunities to meet new people, it really helped me open up, and I grew to love everyone there. The most important thing this project did for me was help me overcome my fear. I’m very grateful for that and want to thank everyone who was involved! I will remember this for the rest of my life!”

“The exchange was a new experience for me. Even though I have been to youth exchanges before, this one was special, since I got to see the ‘backstage’ of the planning process. The exchange felt like a breath of fresh air and something new. There was always a good vibe and people filled the atmosphere with love. It was an experience I will never forget and made friends who will always stay by my side.”
