If you think Barcelona is only about Gaudi and football, think twice!
Barcelona is a hub for creativity and start ups and that’s why 27 interesting people from different parts of Europe with different experience level came together to a beautiful place to learn something new and find inspiration.
During the whole week trainers Pavel Vassiljev (Estonia) and Lukasz Kosowski (Poland) kept young entrepreneurs toned by setting inspiring challenges all around the city. The weather gave some B-vitamin for more ideas and thoughts and after several days some business and project ideas were born. Pavel and Lukasz provided young people with methodologies and tools to take back home and use them in order to follow up on the ideas.
Estonia was represented by three lovely ladies, Marta, Violetta and Anna. Each of the girls had something to share:
Marta Troksha: Participating in this TC was great opportunity to share, exchange and receive many ideas and thoughts. 27 very interesting people from different parts of Europe with different experience level came together to a beautiful place to learn something new and find inspiration. Amazing group, great trainers, many different tasks and methods helped us to find or not to loose our passion, keep developing and try new things. I feel really inspired and ready to work.
Violetta Lanman: I’m sure that training in Barcelona gave to every participant something special and unforgettable. The main theme entrepreneurship and creativity was inspiring. After such experience it is hard to stay without ideas and wish to bring them to life. Obviously, we will hear after sometime t stories of success in new projects and start-ups from other participants. It may seem to look naïve to say words like that. But the training course gave us really positive mood. Work with participants from all around the Europe has helped to understand people in intercultural field and gave basement for future cooperation. That is great to meet new interesting and inspiring people to get know each other and come up with ideas.
Anna Korjakina: It was a great inspiring week, where I met new people, new places, new ideas and new challenges! It was nice to work in the international group, where everyone has own opinion, own approach. I was quite amazed how creative people can be under the pressure. I wish we all could have somebody to push us further every day. We have set some ideas with future partners and now writing future cooperation plans. Of course, not to forget how warm and beautiful Barcelona was! It was great to have a portion of sun in the middle of the Estonian winter.
We thank all of the participants, trainers and the hosting organization and especially Ana del Valle, who took huge care of us all and managed everything well!
MUCHAS GRACIAS!!!
