Moving to a new city is rarely easy – I did it a couple of times in my life already. For the last couple of months, I was really looking forward to moving to Tallinn.
At the beginning of this year I decided to study something, so I chose coaching. After finishing the course I was thinking to try myself somewhere else in this field. That’s how I found "Coach'EM".
This was a training course that I've been waiting for a long time. It is great fun to get locked up for 60 minutes trying to get out and working as a team.
Once upon a time there was a youth exchange from 5th to 13th of August in the Norwegian forest. The project brought together five different countries.
On a beautiful summer day in Estonia my friend told me about the Erasmus+ project in Turkey, Trabzon. After some research and filling in the documents I was selected as participant of this project.
In the middle of August I packed my baggage and flew away from the homeland. The country I was heading to was Georgia and the reason was a project!
The last two months were pretty intense, full of activities, thoughts and emotional rollercoasters. I’ve learnt how to adapt myself to local reality and take things easier.
Outdoor projects are always different, because the feelings you get helping each other under the burning sun or in the cold night give you learning moments that can’t gained as easily in a comfy urban project.
