What?
The first part of the project writing/managing called ‘ACE Agenda’ was held from 19th to 26th October 2015. Yes, it is only the first part. The whole project consists of three parts: idea developing (Turku, Finland), working on application (Tallinn, Estonia) and practical work (Brno, Czech Republic).
Where?
The first part was in charming nature of Finland near the seacoast. It was one of the most beautiful autumns we’ve ever seen!
Why?
That´s easy – everybody wants to know how to write a project, how to organize it and how to work in it. We’re sure you are also passionate about it, but you just don’t know about it yet J Also it was very interesting to understand how we are going to work in international groups, how we are going to find solutions and compromises.
How?
It was totally exciting! We found co-workers thanks to the ‘Sea of Ideas’ method and started! To be honest, our final project idea with its aims and objectives was absolutely different from the first version we had. We did a great job! But it couldn’t have happened without the help of our super-experienced mentors’: Pavel, Ucha and Lela, who were watching us while we were sleeping through all the process, sharing their experience and giving advice.
Special moments
I am sorry, but this part will be about sauna! About crazy Finnish sauna! I don’t know how cold it was outside – everybody was wearing warm jackets. But we were swimming in the nice cold Baltic Sea in the end of October without any worries about our health! Thanks to sauna near the sea and nice Finnish traditions J
We are super-excited that we are going to meet again very soon in Estonia and work more and more with these magic people!
